Live Nation Inc. (LYV.N: Quote and Profile), the largest live entertainment company in the US, will buy House of Blues parent HOB Entertainment Inc(Profile) for $350 million, broadening their base in the concert business.

HOB Entertainment is based in Hollywood, Ca and owns and operates about 10 House of Blues clubs that offer food, drinks, and live music from some of the top blues and rock performers in the country
